Process

How we work.

Each step builds on the last. You always know what is happening, what is next and what we need from you.

Market → Company fit → Decision-maker → Relevant contact

A first conversation.

We learn about your products, capacity, current customers and goals. If we don't think we can help, we'll say so. If we can, we send a written proposal.

The Pilot, day by day.

An indicative plan for the 10-business-day Export Readiness Sprint. Exact days may shift slightly depending on how quickly we receive your materials.

The Pilot does not include sending messages to buyers.

  1. 01

    Day 1 — Kick-off

Short call, target market confirmed, materials list shared, shared task view opened.

  2. 02

Days 2–4 — Digital presence audit

We review your website, catalog, LinkedIn and company profiles and search visibility as a buyer in the target market would see them.

  3. 03

Days 3–7 — Buyer opportunity research

AI-assisted research into buyer types and example companies in the target market that match your products and capacity.

  4. 04

    Day 8 — Draft report

    We compile findings and recommendations.

  5. 05

    Day 9 — Internal review

A second check on facts, sources and recommendations.

  6. 06

    Day 10 — Presentation

We walk you through the report and a recommended next step. No obligation to continue.

What you receive

  • Digital presence audit with prioritised fixes
  • Buyer opportunity report for one market
  • A recommended plan

Your first 90 days.

Why a 3-month minimum: building a storefront, learning a market and refining messages takes time. Three months is the shortest period in which we can do the work properly and report honestly on it. The monthly report described below is part of Growth and Scale, not Starter.

  1. 01

Month 1 — Analysis and Storefront

Positioning and ideal buyer profiles agreed. Website, catalog and profile work starts or is completed, depending on scope. First buyer research list prepared for your review. Message drafts written in the buyer's language.

  2. 02

    Month 2 — First outreach

After your approval, outreach starts in the agreed market or markets. Replies are sorted and shared with you. Interested buyers are handed to your team with context. On Growth and Scale, the first monthly report.

  3. 03

Month 3 — Learn and refine

We adjust targeting and messages based on real responses, review what we've learned about the market and agree with you on the next three months.

You approve before anything goes out.

  • Target markets and buyer profiles
  • Website and catalog content before launch
  • Every outbound message and template
  • Any reply sent in your name
  • Companies to exclude (existing customers, agents, competitors)

See the work as it happens.

You get access to a shared task view showing what we're working on, what's waiting for your approval and what's done.

What we need from you

  • Product information and catalogues
  • Photos, or access to your facility for content
  • Target markets and companies to exclude
  • Price ranges for internal use only, never published
  • One contact person for approvals and buyer handovers
  • Timely approvals
How much of our time does this take?

Mostly at the start, for materials and a kick-off call, and then for approvals. We keep requests short and grouped.

What happens after 90 days?

We review the results with you. You can continue, change scope or stop, under the terms of your agreement.

A clear next step

Tell us what you make and where you want to sell.

We'll reply with an honest view of the opportunity and a proposal that fits your company.

We don't promise orders or meetings. Results depend on your product, pricing and market. We promise a clear process, steady work and honest reporting.
